TSURUKAMEDOU Ramen

Many friends said that Tsurukamedou have the best Ramen. Well... since the location is far from my crib, so I never get a chance to try it. But luckily, I've an invitation to attend to one of Bubble Drink Cafe at Go Cha (see my previous Post). And Tsurukamedou placed next to Go Cha, still in GreenVille area.

Since me and some friends just have a short time, so I only take not too many picture of Tsurukamedou. but don't worry, you still can sneak peek.

Entering Tsurukamedou restaurant, the ambiance really took Japan interior. With a wooden chairs and tables and some of petite decoration. Pretty convy to eat.

Tsurukamedou only use 2 kind of meat for their Ramen, chicken and pork. Since I don't eat pork, so I only order chicken menu like this one below...

Tori Shisen Ramen - IDR 45.000

It come in a big bowl. The smell of the spicy already make me mouthwatering. The consistency of the spicy broth make want to finish it till the last drop. The chicken is so tender. Noddle cooked not oveercooked and soggy. Hot and spicy... you should try this.

Tonkotsu Ramen - IDR 45.000

Consist of 3 slices of pork, Nori (seaweed) sheet, Half Boiled Tamago (Egg) and Kikurage (mushroom). Since I don't eat pork, you can peek on my friend blog to more clear information Yenny & Hans :)

Tori (Chicken) Chahan – IDR 32.000

Also served Buta (pork) & Ebi (prawn)

Never underestimate the presentation and the appearance. Even though it not look good, but the taste is amazing. The secret sauce from Japan make this chahan (fried rice) taste savory and yummy. The texture of the rice also good. Cook to the perfection.
 

Ebi (prawn) Gyoza Grill – IDR 32.000

Also served Buta (pork) & Tori (Chicken)

You can order this gyoza in grill or deep fried. But as for me I prefer cooked it in grill. The gyoza skin really smooth and the tori (chicken) is so tender. Dip it in to the shoyu (soy sauce) to make it more great.

Spicy Tori Karage - IDR 32.000

Another yummy snack from Tsurukamedou. Spicy Tori Karage. The tori (chicken) is so tender inside and crispy outside. The skin is so good. Not overpowering in seasoning.

Overall, Tsurukamedou had succeed bring the authentic Japanese Ramen. Nice place and nice hospitality is a plus from Tsurukamedou.

Zenbu - House Of Mozaru at Kota Kasablanka

My hubby so damn curious with Zenbu since I told him about Zenbu great menus. And luckily the new mall in town Kota Kasablanka have Zenbu in it mall. So we straight go there.

Kota Kasablanka is a new hip mall in town. Like it's name, it place in Kasablanka, close to ITC Kuningan. Zenbu Kota Kasablanka place in UG Floor. The place pretty spacious with wooden interior.

Because we already know the menus from my previous visit to Zenbu, so we straight to order...

Zenbu Mozaru – Regular 60k | Large 80k

Zenbu Mozaru:  Calories: TM ± 750 BT ± 754 DM ± 832

Zenbu means complete, so in this mozaru it have all toppings, like chicken, beef, fish and shrimp. I prefer the regular one. I choose butter for the rice and with dynamite sauce. Dynamite means the spicy one. But I think it's not that spicy. From this time visit, the ebi and beef a bit overcooked. But I guess it still forgiven. I still like it though.

Zenbu Ramen

Regular 50k – Calories: ± 236

Large 65k - Calories: ± 331

Combination Of chicken, beef and ebi. We can choose the soup taste. My hubby choose dynamite soup. Eventhough the name is dynamite, nut it's not too spicy. Kinda disappointed with this ramen. Because the taste not same with my previous visit. The soup was cold, the ebi a bit small and the tempura flour taste oily. And no onion ring came with the ebi as a side dish. So different with my last visit. Maybe different branch, different policy...

Yakult Blizz Strawberry 33k

Calories: ± 165

Taste freshening, a bit sour but good.

Overall, Zenbu Kota Kasablanka failed to impress me and hubby. They really need to make a huge improvent. Considering this placed in a new mall. But they have a good service though.

Zenbu - House Of Mozaru at Plaza Indonesia

A weeks ago me & my girls heading to Plaza Indonesia to have lunch. Considering varieties of menus, so we decided to had lunch in Zenbu Plaza Indonesia. Zenbu means completeness, means you can get all the things in one plate.

Zenbu Plaza Indonesia placed in 5th floor. This restaurant have open kitchen concept. The place pretty spacious and nice enough to dine. With wooden interior, the interior still looked Japanese style.

Appetizer

Agedashi Tofu 20k

Calories: ± 97

Deep fried tofu pieces deep into shoyu based sauce. So light and so tasty.

Okonomiyaki Original 35k

Calories: ± 229

A Japanese style pancake with mixed vegetables and smoked bacon grilled on an iron plate slathered with Katsubushi, sauce and mayo. Since the iron plate was so hot, it make the okonomiyaki overcooked and and burnt. So, we we just ate the top of the okonomiyaki. Luckily, the sauce taste good.

Main Course
Zenbu known as  House Of  Mozaru. Zenbu have many varieties menu that really should try. Because the tagline of the restaurant is House Mozaru, so we definitely ordered this one. The great things eating in Zenbu is, they tell us the calories for every single menus. So, for diet people, you don't have to worry about the calories that you going to have.

Zenbu Mozaru – Regular 60k | Large 80k

Gindara Mozaru - Regular 50k | Large

Mozaru is a perfect blend of rice with various Katsu toppings, covered with mozzarella cheese with choice of tomato, butter or dynamite sauce.

Zenbu Ramen

This Zenbu Ramen was my friend menu. Combination Of chicken, beef and ebi. We can choose the soup taste. My friend choose kuro (soyu) soup. Taste light and good. The noodle perfectly cooked. The  chicken, beef and ebi cutlet also pretty big. There's also onion ring as a side dish. I simply loved this ramen. Better eat while it's hot. More tasty.

Salmon Teriyaki

Regular 70k – Calories: ± 554

Large 85k - Calories: ± 826

A bowl of rice set  with salmon teriyaki as a topping and scrambled egg as a side. The salmon really tender and the sauce blend well with the salmon.

Beef Teriyaki

Regular 45k – Calories: ± 618

Large 55k - Calories: ± 917

A bowl of rice set  with beef teriyaki as a topping and scrambled egg as a side and nori as a garnish. The beef really tender and the sauce blend well with the beef.

Rainbow 65k

A perfect combination of salmon, tuna, snapper, ebi, and avocado filled with unagi. What more can I say, all freshness ingredients comes in one plate. I like the salmon most.

Dessert

Zenbu have several great must try dessert. I always drooling when see the dessert.

Adzuki Parfait 30k

Calories: ± 250

Frozen red bean with ogura (red bean) and green tea ice cream. This dessert is heaven. Much ice cream but didn't leaves any weird taste after. Recommended.

Creme Brulle Peach 20k

Calories: ± 510

The texture is so smooth and light. The peaches hidden under the creme. Love it.

Fruit Tempura With Ice Cream 20k

Calories: ± 115

Curious with the taste. But regret it at the end. The fruit was only pineapple, papaya (which i don't like) and 1 other fruit that i don;t similar. I already lost my curiosity when I ate the papaya. Luckily i already taste the ogura ice cream even it's for one spoon. If the fruit like strawberry, kiwi, mango or peach it'll be more tasteful.

Tempura Ice 20k

Calories: ± 127

If you ever eat fried ice cream, well this is the one. The ice cream didn't melt and the tempura flour not oily. It's good. Topped with cherry jam

Beverages

Hot & Cold Ocha - Complimentary & Refillable

I don't know whether the cold ocha too much ice or what, but the tea taste is more strong when you drink it in a hot.

Ice Cappuccino 25k

Not too milky, the coffee and the coffee blend well. It taste good.

Ice Macha Latte 25k

Calories: ± 173

Have to order this one. Macha and green tea taste great. Love it.

Overall, I really love Zenbu Plaza Indonesia. Great food, great service and great price. Gonna back here fo sho...

Ramen 38 Sanpachi

Hangout with my girls at Gandaria City, melihat ada Ramen 38. Mengikuti keinginan teman saya yang sedang hamil dan lagi kepengen noodles, so masuk lah kita ke Ramen 38. Tempat nya tidak terlalu besar. Dengan konsep memanjang. Tapi dengan ada nya kaca-kaca besar, jadi memberi kesan luas. I love the lampion above. Meriah banget. Dominasi warna merah hitam menjadi tema dari Ramen 38 ini.

Konsep resto nya memang seperti warung-warung di Jepang gitu. So, it's quite good. Di setiap meja nya sudah tersedia saus-saus dan bumbu-bumbu untuk penambah rasa setiap menu yang kita pesan. Juga sudah tersedia sumpit dan tissue nya.

Sebenar nya signature dish disini adalah Jigoku Ramen, which is the super hot noodle, yang tingkat kepdesan nya bisa dipilih from level 1 to 10. Tapi berhubung saya dan teman lagi ingin mencoba menu lain nya, so we skip this Jigoku Ramen.

Gyuniku Butter Ramen 59k  (Small: 48k)

Gyuniku Butter Ramen is ramen noodles with shio soup topping with slice beef and butter.  Quite curious with this menu. Ramen with butter? Ternyata rasa nya enak. Beside beef & butter, ada taburan bawang putih goreng, sayuran hijau dan tauge yang semakin menambah citarasa ramen ini, Tekstur mie nya lembut, empuk and not overcooked. Begitu juga dengan tauge dan sayuran nya. Jadi pas dimakan masih ada tekstur krnyes-krenyes nya.

Wantan Men 35k (Medium 49k)

Wantan Men adalah ramen dengan kuah shoyu.  Disajikan besama dumpling (pangsit rebus) dan beef. Rasa nya lebih light dari Gyuniku Butter Ramen. Tekstur dumpling nya empuk. Kuah nya segar. Love it.

Gyoza Panggang 28k

Gyoza Panggang berisi 6pcs dalam 1 porsi. Rasa nya gurih dan empuk. Apalagi jika dimakan dengan saus yang tersedia di meja. It more tasty.

Konyaku - free

Have this konyaku as a complimentary after meal \(^o^)/ Like it's jelly, tekstur lembut dan bisa jadi penetral after meal.

Green Tea 17k

Green tea ini juga bisa jadi penetral makanan ramen kita. Tersedia in hot version.

Overall, I love Ramen 38. The ramen texture was great. The sizzling also great. The service quick & helpfull. But becarefull, for those who don't eat pork. Because there's pork in Ramen 38 menus. But so far only in Gandaria City that don't serve pork. Am I right?

Senju Ramen

Senju Ramen berlokasi di Pejaten Village Lantai 1. Senju ini letak nya persis di depan tempat bermain anak. Kalo ajak anak kecil, they gonna love it. Senju terbagi atas 2 area. Indoor dan outside the restaurant dan benar-benar depan-depanan sama playground. Ruangan dalam nya tidak terlalu besar. Di sisi kanan nya terdapat 2 area meja dengan tatami alias lesehan ala jepang.

Senju signature dish is Ramen. Ramen di Senju disajikan dalam mangkok besar. Beberapa ramen yang pernah saya coba adalah Gyoza Ramen. Gyoza Ramen berkuah kaldu dan sedikit kental. Tekstur mie nya kenyal dan lembut. Di sajikan bersama potongan telur. Gyoza nya di goreng tapi tidak garing. Jadi seperti nya sebelum nya, gyoza ini juga di kukus. Rasa nya juga enak.

Gyoza Ramen 43k

Kemudian ada juga Chicken Katsu Don. Merupakan noodles yang disajikan bersama potongan chicken katsu dan sop miso siro sebagai pelengkap.

Chicken Katsu Don

Cobalah Tempura Udon. Tekstur mie nya lebih kecil. Kuah nya berwarna coklat gelap. Rasa nya enak. Disajikan bersama tempura set seperti ebi furai, serta sayuran (wortel, bayam dan terong) yang di goreng tepung.

Tempura Udon 48k

Kalo suka pedas, cobain Spicy Chicken Ramen deh. Ramen yang disajikan bersama ebi furai, chicken katsu, dan sayuran. Pedes dan hangat nya kuah ramen cukup membuat saya megap-megap.

Spicy Chicken Ramen (Gekikara Ramen) 43k

Selain Noodles, di Senju juga ada beberapa menu lain seperti sushi. Salah satu sushi yang pernah saya coba adalah King Prawn Roll Sushi. Big prawan yang digulung bersama sayuran dan nori serta taburan abon diatasnya. Not so bad for the taste. Sushi rice nya tidak berantakan ketika kita mencelupkan ke soyu-nya

Untuk yang ingin makan nasi, ada menu Chicken Katsu Curry. Tekstur curry nya kental dan ngga bikin blenger. Disajikan bersama chicken katsu dan potongan kentang. Taste great
