Koultoura - A little nice coffee shop

Walking down in Greenville area, I wont waste my time. Since this area quite far from my crib, so whe I got a chance to visit Greenville, I visited 3 places in a row. And this Koultoura is a 3rd place. Curious because I often saw review about Koultoura.

Luckily, I've got a chance to visit Koultoura. And since my mate got birthday today, so he treat us here in Koultoura. Thanks a bunch Soya (^o^)v

When I first stepped in to Koultoura, I straight to their rest room in 2nd Floor. Nature call can't resist hehehhe... And they also put the cute details in their rest room. I notice it, when i wash my hands...

Looked around in 2nd Floor, the place pretty spacious with wooden interior and looked rustic. With a mural and pictures on the wall, Koultoura ambiance is so great to hang out.

Iced Lychee Tea - IDR 25.000
Fresh lychee tea. Always good in any occasion

Pink Lemonade - IDR 25.000Always loved sour taste from the drink. This pink lemonade good to neutralize pasta & sweet menu. So freshening.

Mocha - IDR 35.000
Cocoa with espresso and fresh milk. Served in a small thin can cup. Cute presentation. Better use not to much ice to get more mocha flavor.

Iced Green Tea Latte - IDR 30.000Love love love this green tea. The green tea flavor is so dominated even when they add to much ice on it.

Espresso Latte with Caramel - IDR 35.000
Cute latte art presentation. The taste is also good. Perfect balance between coffee and caramel.

Burger ala Papa Bear - IDR 65.000

OMG!! This burger taste so yummy. Their truffle beef patties is so yummy and juicy. Served with melted cheese and caramelize onion make this burger rich in flavor. Plus the bun is soft. Served with potato wedges. Recommended.

Croque Madame - IDR 45.000

Crunchy sandwich with melted cheese, ham and egg covered with béchamel sauce and touch of cayenne pepper. Very generous of melted cheese. Sandwich bread texture is great, so delicate. The cayenneadd more flavor to the cheese. Served with potato wedges. Yummy...

Truffle Mac & Cheese - IDR 45.000

Mac & Cheese with Truffle oil with bacon bits. Macaroni cooked al-dente. With very generous amount of the sauce. I think this mac & cheese can be more great if they add something in the sauce to make it more tasty. Because it's to bland to my palate.

Chicken Maryland - IDR 55.000

A quarter of pan fried chicken served with our signature barbeque mushroom sauce and covered by rocket salad. Chicken Maryland froom Koultoura is so recommended. Tender chicken seasoned well. The salad is fresh. Every elements from this dish is so yummy.

Koultoura is definitely must visit place. Nice ambiance, nice service and nice coffee and meals. Add Koultoura to your list For hang out or simply chit chat with your mates.

TSURUKAMEDOU Ramen

Many friends said that Tsurukamedou have the best Ramen. Well... since the location is far from my crib, so I never get a chance to try it. But luckily, I've an invitation to attend to one of Bubble Drink Cafe at Go Cha (see my previous Post). And Tsurukamedou placed next to Go Cha, still in GreenVille area.

Since me and some friends just have a short time, so I only take not too many picture of Tsurukamedou. but don't worry, you still can sneak peek.

Entering Tsurukamedou restaurant, the ambiance really took Japan interior. With a wooden chairs and tables and some of petite decoration. Pretty convy to eat.

Tsurukamedou only use 2 kind of meat for their Ramen, chicken and pork. Since I don't eat pork, so I only order chicken menu like this one below...

Tori Shisen Ramen - IDR 45.000

It come in a big bowl. The smell of the spicy already make me mouthwatering. The consistency of the spicy broth make want to finish it till the last drop. The chicken is so tender. Noddle cooked not oveercooked and soggy. Hot and spicy... you should try this.

Tonkotsu Ramen - IDR 45.000

Consist of 3 slices of pork, Nori (seaweed) sheet, Half Boiled Tamago (Egg) and Kikurage (mushroom). Since I don't eat pork, you can peek on my friend blog to more clear information Yenny & Hans :)

Tori (Chicken) Chahan – IDR 32.000

Also served Buta (pork) & Ebi (prawn)

Never underestimate the presentation and the appearance. Even though it not look good, but the taste is amazing. The secret sauce from Japan make this chahan (fried rice) taste savory and yummy. The texture of the rice also good. Cook to the perfection.
 

Ebi (prawn) Gyoza Grill – IDR 32.000

Also served Buta (pork) & Tori (Chicken)

You can order this gyoza in grill or deep fried. But as for me I prefer cooked it in grill. The gyoza skin really smooth and the tori (chicken) is so tender. Dip it in to the shoyu (soy sauce) to make it more great.

Spicy Tori Karage - IDR 32.000

Another yummy snack from Tsurukamedou. Spicy Tori Karage. The tori (chicken) is so tender inside and crispy outside. The skin is so good. Not overpowering in seasoning.

Overall, Tsurukamedou had succeed bring the authentic Japanese Ramen. Nice place and nice hospitality is a plus from Tsurukamedou.

Go Cha - Taiwan Delight

Got an invitation to attend the new Bubble Tea and milk Tea cafe, Go Cha. At first i have a doubt to come here. It's because the location is way to far from my cribs. And I'm totally blind with this area.But when I heard there several blogger mates who join, then I asked them to lead me there hehehe...

Go Cha placed in Greenville, West Jakarta. Since this is my 1st time come to Greenville area, I was pretty amazed with so many restaurant and cafe around the street. And when I 1st entering the facade of Go Cha, it already looked cute and greeny. With a little garden and welcome sign.

Go Cha split in to two area. down stairs, where we can find some cute chairs and tables also the bar and kitchen or you can go upstairs for indoor area and outdoor area. Both nice to be seat. And that day we seated in 2nd Floor indoor. Many smiling icon that look so so cute. And they have lil' doll for every icon. I want it all... hahaha

Enough discuss about their environment. Let's move with what they served. Curious huh? Let's find out what make them different from bubble drink and milk tea in other place.

Lychee Flavour Heineken - IDR 30.000

Wooww... heineken in a bubble drink? This is something new. The bittersweet Heineken mixed with the sweetness from the lychee make this drink  taste so great. And the heineken not just a highlight. Because both heineken and lychee have it's own role. Must try!!

Soursop Strawberry Yakult - IDR 20.000

Really great for a hot day like these days. I like the freshness and the sour taste from soursop and strawberry. Yakult blend it all together and ended with a freshening drink.

Homemade Ice Coconut Jelly Yakult - IDR 20.000

Well... this is also something new. Coconut in bubble drink. Especially when it mixed with yakult. Add more sour taste in this drink. For my palate the taste is decent.

Ice Blended Bubble Gum - IDR 20.000

Cute presentation from Bubble Gum Blended. With a colorful cookies on top. But this bubble gum was too sweet to my palate. That's why maybe they put bland cookies on top. To make it balance.

Lychee Flavour Tea - IDR 17.000

For more lite drink, you can try this lychee tea. More great if you pair it with popping pearl.

Oreo Ice Cream Milk Tea - IDR 25.000 with topping Black Pearl IDR 3.000

In Go Cha, this drink known as Cuki Cream Milk Tea. This can be a choice for you who like cookies and chocolate. This drink pretty make me full. Maybe because cookies blend with milk...

Hot Plate Seafood Tofu with Rice - IDR 35.000

Savory dish taste is decent. The tofu is smooth, seafood not smell and fishy.More good if you eat it when it still warm. the seasoning more tasty.

Hot Plate Chicken Tofu with Rice - IDR 29.000

There's an omelet egg in the bottom of tofu and with generous amount of minced chicken. I taste it sweet and savory. Like topping in chicken noodle. But I like this one than seafood. 
 

Salted Egg Dory with Rice and Vegetable - IDR 33.000

Taste wise from this dish. Quite unique. They succeed bring the salted egg to this menu. Make the dory more rich flavor. The dory is tender and crispy. The capcay (vegetable) also good, not overcooked. Less salt a bit. Maybe to make it balance with the salted egg. You should try it.

Braised Beef Shank Noodle - IDR 32.000

Braised Beef Shank Noodle came when it still hot. I like this noodle consistency. Beef texture really tender. Veggies and noodle not overcooked. And the savory from the soup is really good.

Spice mix BBQ Popcorn Chicken - IDR 23.000

From all menu that Go Cha served that day, for this dish a lil' bit failed. At least for my palate. Why? Because they add too many... even over powering seasoning. It ends a salty and a bit weird taste after it. Go Cha you really need improvement with this menu. I bet kids loves it.

Overall, Go Cha really great place to go. Specially when you bring your kids here. The interior is so cute and cozy. Not too spacious, but still can make us comfortable. For drink, I guess they can beat other bubble drink that already exist. Their improvement and unique drink make Go Cha different from other. Just go here and try'em all...

Scoop Bar Ice Cream

One more a place for a dessert lover. Invited to the opening of ice cream and cookies store in Kota Kasablanka made so exciting. Curious because, I'd like to find out what make it different than other ice cream store. So here I go with some several mates at Lower Ground Kota Kasablanka Mall.

The place is not too spacious. They just have a view seat. Well, since it's dessert with hand size, you can just take away your order. Dominated with black and white, Scoop Bar want to take all different market, woman and man. The place pretty eye-catching though. With many cute cartoon picture.

In Scoop Bar, they allowed us to build our own Sandwich Ice Cream based on cookies and ice cream that we like. You just need to pay IDR 30,000 and you can get Ice Cream sandwich that you build. How fun is that huh??  Just follow below step...

Scoop Bar guaranty that they only served fresh baked cookies every day. No wonder, when I ate that, it feel crunchy and yummy. I want to loaded my jar with it... Here are some cookies that served in Scoop Bar:

My creation on Ice Cream. I like the cookies. But the banana not too pop-out in the ice cream

Smores Cookies – Rum Raisin Ice Cream – Almost Red Velvet Cookies
Me like this creation. S'mores Cookies that topped with marshmallow is so yummy and also the almost red velvet cookies. All that combine with rum raisin ice cream. Love it!

A simple thing comes from the ordinary things too. A simple vanilla ice cream combine with the chocolate chip cookies.

I forgot that I already build my own sandwich with the same taste hohooho... The different is the cookies whole from matcha. Well, I don't mind. Since I love their matcha cookies.

The appearance is really girly aight? Like it's name, colorful sprinkle cookies with strawberry ice cream that I think the taste was just okay.

The Gentlemen's Breakfast - Waffles with Mocha Ice Cream

From the appearance, the waffle looks so tough. Well, it pictures it's name, The Gentlemen. But, when we eat it, it's like blend with the ice cream. It become soft, a bit chewy but good in mouth. Perfect pair with the mocha.

Its Dalmatian - Oreo Cookies with Cookies n' Cream Ice Cream
Cookies meet cookies. It's good together. Cookies 'n Cream ice cream taste not too sweet, which is good. So it good when it paired with the bittersweet oreo cookies.

Royal Blush: Fanta with vanilla scoop.

This Floats like other Floats that you often seen in many restaurants. But for me, the Royal Blush taste more freshening. The presentation not as pretty as their ice cream.
