So excited when I got invitation from C's Steak & Seafood Restaurant at the Grand Hyatt Hotel Jakarta. Entering C's Restaurant, we welcome with a 3000 bottle of wine that display in a big and wide walt-through cellar. Wooww... I guess this is somekind a heaven for wine lover. So you can pair your dishes with C's fine wine.
Located in 4th Floor in Grand Hyatt Hotel Jakarta, C's interior looked so casual, chic and eclectic. Many cute interior that C's use. C's offered an intimate and casual dining. Usually peoples feel too serious while dining in a hotel. Well, I guess C's want to erase that stigma. When me and several bloggers mates was seated in outdoor area, I can feel the cozy and intimate lunch session. With a wall waterfalls as a backdrop and a small pond, our lunch feel more exciting.

OMG!! The appearance from this Amuse Bouche is so gorgeous. C's served it in a different variant of garnish. All looked pretty. Above it there's some petite snack to grab before we entering to the main course. Me personally like like the tuna wrapped and the Tomato cheese.

Frog Legs Sichuan Style - IDR 100.000 |
We usually known this frog legs as swikee. Found in many Chinese Restaurant. The taste was decent. I like the sauce. A bit spicy but sweet. The frog legs was tender and it seasoned well.

Asparagus with shredded beef and oyster sauce - IDR 125.000 |
A tender and juicy beef that served with a finger lickin' oyster sauce. I like the dense of the sauce. It really blend well with the beef. And the asparagus add another great taste to this dish.

For vegan, don't worry that you can't eat anything. Because C's have this yummy organic spinach noodles. It cooked well, so not feel to soggy.

Black Bean that covered all over the Kway Teow was so yummy. Plus it topped with the yummy scallop. OMG!! The scallop was melt in my mouth. Eventhough I felt that the kway Teow a bit mushy, but I guess the sauce can covered it all.

ALERT for spicy lover! This organic noodles really kick in your mouth. The texture of the noodle is crunchy. It's just like an Ifumie. Topped with tender minced beef. This menu is really worth to try.

The most expensive but most waiting. I guess this Fried Rice is the star of the day. Not because it's expensive. But the taste was insanely great. Even the Lamb more tender and juicy that the beef. When I asked the chef, what make it cost that much, he said because it came from the premium lambs from Australia and already through the cooking process. Okaayy Chef... no worries if you don't want to gimme more of the secret from this yummy fried rice. I'll keep dig in this fried rice then. 1 Portion can be fitted for 2 - 3 person. So you can enjoy this yummy lamb fried rice along with your family or friends. Trust me... you wont be sorry to pay more for this fried rice. I'm so lucky I can taste it in C's.

Another seafood menu from C's. The shrimp came with a great and juicy taste. Not smelly and fishy. The cauliflower also not overcooked. So it still have crunchy texture which I like.

Yum yum... again for spicy lover going to love love this spicy tofu. Even the spicy taste really soak into the tofu. The texture is so smooth. Topped with dry chilli and served with cabbage.

Steamed and Fried Mantou served with condense milk. The texture is so smooth. Even for the fried mantou, it still smooth inside eventhough they already fried it.

Ice Cream |
C's really know how to spoiled our tongue. They end our lunch session with their yummy various selection of Ice Cream. Got a chance to taste all the ice cream. I like the sourness of the raspberry and mango. Although I think all ice cream is a must try. Love Love Love...
Overall.. It was so much fun to get a chance to taste the Asian Wok. It was a great Asian food adventure. Not too forget with a very warm and nice hospitality from C's and Grand Hyatt. So lunch felt run fast. Nice food with a nice peoples. Hope we can meet again some other time
