Animo Bread Culture

I've known about Animo Bread Culture since the 1st time it was open, but never got a chance to stepping by. So when I have a plan for picnic with my besties, I decided to order bakery from them for us to take away and for picnic meal and plus to celebrate my birthday. But too bad we didn't get chance to to make our picnic dream come true huhuuu... But since, the brad been ordered, I finally share it with my family.

Animo Bakery didn't have a spacious place. They have 2 area, outdoor that only filled with long table and chairs that only fits, perhaps not more than 8 peoples, and the indoor can be fit around 20 peoples. But the wooden and bright color that they use, make it look spacious. Animo Bakery have a open kitchen concept. And this kitchen often use by the public for cooking class that held by Animo Bread Culture. I'm so intersting to join. But the fact I don't have much time is killing me.

If you follow on my Instagram, I actually already posted some of the bread. I'm so overwhelmed and barely can't decide which to choose. All look tempting and smells good. At the end, me and hubby end up with many choice of bread. Keep on scrolling.

Surprisingly, all croissant and bread that Animo Bread Culture have is so delicious and tantalizing. It so flaky, smooth, soft and freshly baked every day. Even my old man (read: Dad) who already have weaky teeth said that he can eat the bread easily. And the other thing that I like is for the sweet bread, it taste not too sweet. But from all the bunch of bread that I bought, my most favorite is the Sausage Danish, Cheese Croissant and the Pain Au Chocolate. And oh yes... I forget to take a picture in single picture of one of their bread. It called STRATA. I bought the Strata Smoke Beef - IDR 25.000 that day. It's a smooth kind of bread with full loaded topping of smoke beef, onion, eggs and cheese. Pretty makes me full when I ate it. From the picture above, you can see STRATA is on the top one.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with Animo's bread and service. Will surely comeback for dine in for another take out. And they have discount for their Artisan Bread for 50% WOW!!
